New Years Day 2020

Woodbridge Riverside parkrun will be kicking off 2020 with a special New Years Day parkrun!

Join us on Wednesday, 1 January 2020 at the later start time of 9.00am to start the New Year off with parkrun :-)

Guerilla Hub will be open to supply us with coffee... thanks Luke!

New Years Day 2019

This year at Woodbridge Riverside we will be hosting a special event on NEW YEARS DAY at 9:30am to give you plenty of time for a sleep in after your New Year Celebrations!

We will need volunteers to run this event, so make sure you check the volunteer roster at parkrun on the weekend and put your name down!

There will be no run on Christmas Day. Head over to the Christmas Compendium to view other events that will be hosting one if you want to squeeze in a run before your Christmas Feast.

Thankyou for another great year at Woodbridge Riverside parkrun!

We are back on! Please note changes below

The good news is we are back on!!

However - the following facilities are STILL NOT OPERATIONAL or AVAILABLE:
We ask you to make some extra time for parking as the car park and First Ave down to Woodbridge Riverside is still closed. You will need to park up on Ford Street, Bayley Street or at the end of Third Ave at Governor Stirling SHS - which has a path leading down to the park. We will be uploading an image to show your options. PLEASE abide by this - we do NOT want to get in trouble with the council which will hinder our ongoing parkrun events - and please park in regulation with street signs and also be mindful of residents and their driveways etc. Please do not give anyone reason to complain about our parkrun..
This park is still undergoing major works following the flood and is the main reason the carpark is still closed. Please be mindful of earth moving equipment as you are making your way too and from parkrun. Do not attempt to enter or utilise the park.
Because the park is closed, so are the toilets. They are also NOT FUNCTIONING. Closest Toilets will be at Centrepoint Midland. Or Riverside Cafe at Woodbridge if it is open.
If anyone wants to go for a post parkrun coffee we will be making a decsion on the location tomorrow depending on interest. We will most likely head towards Guildford for some food & coffee once we are all finished.

Thank you all for your understanding and cooperation on these matters. Until all facilities are back in order I will post an update each week on parking and facilities. Please help us do the right thing so we can continue to run our parkrun while these works are going on.
