On a cool, but not quite wintery, morning 255 people ran, jogged and walked our course. We had 17 first timers and 34 people achieved personal bests.

Particular note to Kylie BIRCH who broke her long standing PB which she set in October 2016, 36 runs ago, and she took 1:51 off that previous time.
The best age graded scores were achieved by:
Adam RUDGLEY (SM25-29) was graded 80.88% for the time 15:57 (1st overall).
Judi EDWARDS (VW70-74) was graded 76.21% for the time 29:42 (102nd overall).
Keeto MUSCAT (VM40-44) was graded 75.91% for the time 18:24 and a new PB! (2nd overall).
The following parkrunners achieved milestones:
- Amanda BOGAR celebrated her 100th parkrun by taking 41s off her previous PB.
- Darryn SHANNON earned his red shirt by running his 50th parkrun.
- Tracie SCARLETT-ARUNDELL joined the ranks of the hi-vis parkrun heroes by volunteering for the 25th time!
And a special mention to Anne Young who runs in the VW80-84 category and achieved an unofficial milestone by running her 200th.

The female record is held by Leanne POMPEANI who recorded a time of 16:20 on 16th March 2019 (event number 318).
The Age Grade course record is held by Susan ARCHER who recorded 92.96% (22:29) on 31st January 2015 (event number 102).
Tuggeranong parkrun started on 23rd February 2013. Since then 7,632 participants have completed 75,604 parkruns covering a total distance of 378,020 km, including 12,142 new Personal Bests. A total of 932 individuals have volunteered 3,920 times.
