We have a manual which will be kept on hand with the defib as well as posted a you tube clip from the manufacturers of the "Lifepak Defibilator".
Special thanks to Brett Orpwood who has fundraised for 'Defibs for parkrun' following his life changing incident just prior to Christmas 2017. He has created a 'Gofundme' page which is still accepting donations. It is with this fudrasinging that Portarlington parkrun has been successful in obtaining a defib.
we hope we never have to use it.
Here is the you tube clip on how to use the defib - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3uhZPzvyu10
