Event 200

For our 200th event at Pioneer today, we decided to run the course with a twist – backwards!  Well, not quite as lap 1 was still lap 1.  There were a few runners who did miss a turn and had to back track, or in one case, ran an extra half a lap after they could have finished.  The feedback from the field was mixed, with some wanting to run this direction more often, others saying the hills are harder in reverse.

As every week, a huge thanks to all the volunteers who makes the run possible each week.  A special note this week to all those who have helped with Pioneer over the first 200 runs.

Next week, we are back to the normal twists and turns at Pioneer, please join us then.
