International parkrun day – October 6th

Pallara parkrun is celebrating International parkrun day, which falls on October 6th this year, by having a themed dress up. parkrun began 14 years ago in London, and is quickly becoming a worldwide fitness and social phenomena. Pallara have decided a fitting theme would be to dress up as something beginning with 'p' for parkrun, or 'P' for Pallara. Some ideas - police officer, princess, pink.... you get the idea :-). We'd love to see you there!

New Years Day event

Pallara parkrun is excited to announce we will hold an early event on New Year's Day. We're hoping to co-ordinate a double with a nearby event, stay tuned ;-). We're anticipating needing a few more volunteers on the day, so if you're available please let us know. All the best, Pallara parkrun #newyear
