Event 322 Run Report – 7/12/19

This week 63 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 5 were first timers and 5 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 4 different clubs took part.

Merimbula parkrun 321: 30/11/19

This week 68 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 14 were first timers and 5 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 4 different clubs took part.

Event 320 – 23 November 2019

This week 91 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 22 were first timers and 9 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 13 different clubs took part.

The male record is held by Martin DENT who recorded a time of 14:51 on 15th February 2014 (event number 21).
The female record is held by Steph AUSTON who recorded a time of 17:26 on 4th May 2019 (event number 291).
The Age Grade course record is held by Annette O'SHEA who recorded 90.31% (19:47) on 15th February 2014 (event number 21).

Merimbula parkrun started on 28th September 2013. Since then 3,934 participants have completed 21,533 parkruns covering a total distance of 107,665 km, including 2,981 new Personal Bests. A total of 281 individuals have volunteered 2,060 times.

This week 60 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 4 were first timers and 8 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 6 different clubs took part.

Do you love Merimbula parkrun and love volunteering?

We are looking for 1 or 2 Merimbula parkrunners to join the awesome bunch of people who make up the core team and train as a Run Director (RD).

RD's are usually rostered every 5 - 8 weeks and take charge of a particular event, performing tasks like setting up, briefings, results.

If you are interested in finding out more, plaese send us an email or have a chat at parkrun to the RD on duty or Donella (Event Director).
