Now for some stats:
The female record is held by Alison HOOPMANN who recorded a time of 22:54 on 6th October 2018 (event number 7).
The male record is held by Phillip PEARSON who recorded a time of 18:21 on 27th October 2018 (event number 9).
The Age Grade course record is held by Jenni LUTZE who recorded 80.58% (23:05) on 22nd September 2018 (event number 5).
Meningie parkrun started on 18th August 2018. Since then 135 participants have completed 242 parkruns covering a total distance of 1,210 km, including 29 new Personal Bests. A total of 29 individuals have volunteered 142 times.
Next week we have several things happening, so if you were planning to visit Meningie parkrun, please consider making next week the one that you do.
1. We will have Angelika BJERSANDER debuting for the 1st time as our Run Director, so please come along to support her.
2. We have our Event Director Matt Billington ticking the box as our 30 minute pacer, and last but not least and certainly a very big one if you ask us,
3. Jack BILLINGTON will be our 1st Junior to Enter the Volunteer 25 club. This is massive as we do not know of any other 8 years old who has already volunteered at parkrun for 25 times in 5 different roles including 4 times as a Run Director. Huge Achievement.
So lets try any crack our attendance records for the 3 above reasons alone.
Thank you for another awesome week and we will see you for Event #23 on 9th February 2019.
