Event #117

A small but fast, keen group of parkrunners turned out for a crisp autumn morning at the beautiful Seven Creeks park in Euroa, this morning.

A few visitors and some first timers, made it a very social start. Trevor Dainton (Shepparton)  was our first over the line today, with a cracking 21.35 run, putting him in the 76.29% of his age group. Well done!

Some great PB's today from Craig Harrington, Jane Houston, Susan Pickett, and Tomomi Hart. Fantastic effort!

Some first timers to Euroa today with Michael Mariani,  Angela Capel, Nikki Taylor and Cooper Hornby-King. We hope we see you all again soon.

We had a great turn out of volunteers, including an out of towner who happily took over timekeeping for us (thanks Stuart!). Our volunteers today were John BEADLEBob BRUCEStuart CAPELJim KIRKPATRICKGreg MOOREBruce MOSERRoberta MOSERKerry ROGERSSusanne WRIGHT

Christmas and New Years Day parkrun at Euroa!!

We are super excited that this year we will run both Christmas and New Years Day parkrun

So.. start with preparing your body for all the Christmas goodies you are going to consume with a 8am parkrun.

And Start the New Year well with parkrun. or a parlkrun double by attending another local event, check out https://www.parkrun.com.au/special-events/ to see what other run you would be able to attend before you hit the cool shaded course at Euroa at 9:30am!!, suggested options include Shepparton, (other local events yet to confirm if participation and time, but travel wise you may be able to goto Benalla or Mansfield)

Event 77

Well, a quick soaking shower just 20 minutes before start time didn’t stop the runners from coming out. The weather cleared and gave us sunshine for a brilliant morning of fun on Euroa Agricultural Show day. A total of 32 participants along with 8 fabulous volunteers made for a super time.
We had 2 UK visitors, (neither who knew each other) and another from Barcelona, our tail walker was from Sale and we had some return travellers from Wodonga. We love our visitors from all over the world! Well done to everyone today.

Christmas…

There will be parkrun Christmas Day (Wed Dec 25 2019) in Euroa... why not have a run before you eat all that amazing food!!!
