Welcome to 2020. Another year of parkrun enjoyment.
This week some of us shared our parkrun goals. Lots of awesome ones too.
Attending parkrun a certain number of times , volunteering goals, pb goals, milestone goals, running the 5k goals and touristing goals to name a few.
Whatever your goal we are just glad you are part of the parkrun family and we can’t wait to welcome more to this amazing bunch.

If this was your first parkrun for 2020 you achieved your fastest time for 2020 so far
This week 40 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 1 were first timers and 3 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 5 different clubs took part.

The female record is held by Kylie SPRAGUE who recorded a time of 19:09 on 28th December 2019 (event number 161).
The Age Grade course record is held by Kylie SPRAGUE who recorded 85.47% (19:09) on 28th December 2019 (event number 161).
Cohuna parkrun started on 3rd December 2016. Since then 982 participants have completed 6,060 parkruns covering a total distance of 30,300 km, including 1,111 new Personal Bests. A total of 173 individuals have volunteered 1,448 times
