After the heatwave we've had it was refreshing to have much cooler weather this morning and great to see strong numbers despite the holiday period being over and life returning to normal. The improvements to the course have worked well - thanks to Brett and Paul for their hard work.
This week 31 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 0 were first timers and 7 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 2 different clubs took part.

The female record is held by Merlina HESSION who recorded a time of 20:54 on 11th March 2017 (event number 15).
The male record is held by Mark CHALMERS who recorded a time of 16:55 on 31st March 2018 (event number 70).
The Age Grade course record is held by John GRAHAM who recorded 84.81% (19:58) on 17th December 2016 (event number 3).
Cohuna parkrun started on 3rd December 2016. Since then 800 participants have completed 4,290 parkruns covering a total distance of 21,450 km, including 892 new Personal Bests. A total of 145 individuals have volunteered 1,064 times.
