Cohuna parkrun is cancelled on 3 October 2020: COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Cohuna parkrun. Event # 171 – 7th March 2020

What an awesome way to start the long weekend celebrating International Women's Day at parkrun.
We welcomed quite a few tourists enjoying our lovely area for the weekend.
As usual our post parkrun coffee was enjoyed by many.
Its a special part of parkrun catching up and making new friends afterwards.

This week 50 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 4 were first timers and 6 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 3 different clubs took part.

Cohuna parkrun – Event number 170 – 29th February 2020

This week 61 people ran, jogged and walked the course. Warm welcome to a number of visitors, many of whom are backing up tomorrow in the Bridge to Bridge - good luck.

Also had two Cohuna regulars achieve their 50th milestones today, well done to Hannah and Gwenda on completing these awesome achievements.

Cohuna parkrun. Event number 167 – 8th February 2020

Another gorgeous morning in Cohuna as we enjoyed each others company whilst taking in the 5km course. The morning air was refreshing after a hot night although participants soon warmed up. Great turn up for coffee afterwards - always nice to chat together.
We welcomed a few tourists and a few first timers - Loved seeing you all and hope you join us again.

This week 50 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 8 were first timers and 3 recorded new Personal Bests.

The male record is held by Shane THIELE who recorded a time of 16:39 on 22nd June 2019 (event number 134).
The female record is held by Kylie SPRAGUE who recorded a time of 19:09 on 28th December 2019 (event number 161).
The Age Grade course record is held by Kylie SPRAGUE who recorded 85.47% (19:09) on 28th December 2019 (event number 161).

Cohuna parkrun started on 3rd December 2016. Since then 1,005 participants have completed 6,274 parkruns covering a total distance of 31,370 km, including 1,131 new Personal Bests. A total of 173 individuals have volunteered 1,487 times.

Apologies for the late post. We wish Annette and the parkrun tribe in Kerang all the best for their launch today.
This week 25 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 3 were first timers and 1 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 2 different clubs took part.

Cohuna at its best with a beautiful morning creek-side, today after some overnight rain 53 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 8 were first timers and 8 recorded new Personal Bests (well done). Representatives of 4 different clubs took part.

Congratulations to our milestone parkrunners today, Robin 50 parkruns and Brett 25 volunteer- Great achievement by you both. Also big welcome to a number of first time parkrunners and tourists to our event today, we hope you had a great day and that parkrun becomes part of your life each week.
