Actually, we didn't have any rain on the day, but mech needed rain for Victoria didn't keep a huge Coburg parkrun turnout of 197 away, including 27 first-timers!
Coburg Lake Reserve turned on a beautiful chill morning, seeing 39 PBs.

Don't forget your barcode! #dfyb
This week's results include twenty-two "Unknown" participants. This is because they forgot their barcode.
Printed barcodes are used at all parkrun events globally to record your results. Unfortunately, our barcode scanners can't scan mobile phone or smart watch screens . You can collect and print your barcode from parkrun.com. Alternatively, you can order your barcode on a laser engraved silicone wristband from Bent Logic. We are strict with regard to this policy as we process over 100,000 results every weekend and if we were to relax our approach it would increase the amount of work for our volunteers.
If you'd like to learn more about the history of the printed barcode at parkrun and why this policy is in place, take a listen to the special No barcode, no result, no exceptions episode of the excellent Free, Weekly, Timed podcast.

Photographs at parkrun
Most of our participants and volunteers love to have their photo taken during our events and shared via social media. We do understand that not everybody feels the same way.
All parkrun events to use the arms crossed over the chest or face as a signal that a person does not want their photo taken and/or not publicised on social media (as modelled in this picture), so please let your event photographer know by using this signal if you do not wish to be photographed.
If you have been photographed and would like a photograph withdrawn, please drop us an email or an instant message with a link to the image and we'd be happy to take it down for you.
