Cobar parkrun is cancelled on 2021-09-18 – Due to current COVID-19 restrictions

Cobar parkrun – Event number 66 – 24th August 2019

This week 3 people ran, jogged and walked the course - too much happening in town and too much illness going around this week. More volly's than participants for the first time... lucky Winter is nearly over!

The male record is held by Dirk VAN HEST who recorded a time of 17:47 on 11th August 2018 (event number 13).
The female record is held by Madeline FRANCE who recorded a time of 22:41 on 3rd November 2018 (event number 25).
The Age Grade course record is held by Donna SAMON who recorded 78.35% (23:06) on 7th July 2018 (event number 8).

Cobar parkrun started on 19th May 2018. Since then 333 participants have completed 1,971 parkruns covering a total distance of 9,855 km, including 329 new Personal Bests. A total of 86 individuals have volunteered 378 times. 

 

Cobar parkrun – Event number 65 – 17th August 2019

This week 25 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 2 were first timers and 4 recorded new Personal Bests. Congratulations Tiara FINN, Kylie SCALES, Tracey KINGS and Terese CARTER.

Another cold morning this week with 17 people who ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 3 were first timers. It was too cold for PBs today!

Congratulations to Cheryl who ran her 50th parkrun today! Our first Cobar female to hit 50! Well done Cheryl - we love seeing your friendly face each week.
