Well done to the 151 parkrunners who dragged themselves out of a warm bed on a cold morning to attend Chermside parkrun #39. With the help of our fantastic pacers, 46 of you smashed out PBs! This week there were 151 runners, of whom 30 were first timers and 47 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 11 different athletics clubs took part.
Chermside parkrun started on 22nd August 2015, and since then 1,848 different runners, including participants from 82 athletics clubs, have completed 6,734 runs covering a total distance of 33,670 km, and there have been 1,545 new Personal Bests.
The female record is held by Clare GERAGHTY who ran in a time of 00:17:58 on 2016-02-13 (event number 24).
The male record is held by Nick TOOHEY who ran in a time of 00:16:03 on 2015-09-05 (event number 3).
The Age Grade course record is held by Peter REEVES who recorded a 86.93% run (18:37) on 14th November 2015 (event number 11).
