New Years day parkrun double

This year Lochiel will be teaming up with Torrens for the double-event of the year! Torrens will commence at 7.30am and Lochiel at 9.30am

 

Lochiel parkrun Event number 114 18th November 2017

A great morning for a run or walk! Well done to all participants and volunteers.

This week 196 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 23 were first timers and 33 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 11 different clubs took part.

The male record is held by Paul MARTELLETTI who recorded a time of 14:56 on 14th January 2017 (event number 70).
The female record is held by Lisa DAVIS who recorded a time of 18:59 on 10th June 2017 (event number 91).
The Age Grade course record is held by Benjamin PATTISON who recorded 96.39% (19:24) on 23rd July 2016 (event number 47).

Lochiel parkrun started on 5th September 2015. Since then 2,434 participants have completed 19,808 parkruns covering a total distance of 99,040 km, including 3,733 new Personal Bests.

This week 252 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 18 were first timers and 13 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 10 different clubs took part.

Ryan CHAPPELL (SM30-34) (Unattached) was first over the line in 18:26 - first time in 2 appearances.
Justin BEARD (SM25-29) of RunningWorks, was second over the line in 18:31 - has been first to finish on 21 previous occasions.
Patrick CONNOLLY (SM30-34) (Unattached) was third over the line in 18:45.

Female placings:
Bridgid CONNOLLY (SW25-29) (Unattached) was first (14th overall) over the line in 21:59 - second time in 12 appearances.
Anna FRASER (JW15-17) (Unattached) was second (20th overall) over the line in 22:36.
Elise BENNETT (SW20-24) (Unattached) was third (27th overall) over the line in 23:22 - has been first to finish on 7 previous occasions.
