So how much nicer was it today with the cooler conditions? It was fantastic to see so many faces.
Congratulations to Ian Kraska who has knotched up his 25th volunteer event. Ian's efforts are greatly appreciated by all participants.
This week 50 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 6 were first timers and 4 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 5 different clubs took part.

The female record is held by Merlina HESSION who recorded a time of 20:54 on 11th March 2017 (event number 15).
The male record is held by Mark CHALMERS who recorded a time of 16:55 on 31st March 2018 (event number 70).
The Age Grade course record is held by John GRAHAM who recorded 84.81% (19:58) on 17th December 2016 (event number 3).
Cohuna parkrun started on 3rd December 2016. Since then 792 participants have completed 4,161 parkruns covering a total distance of 20,805 km, including 872 new Personal Bests. A total of 143 individuals have volunteered 1,036 times.
