Afternoon parkrunners - Welcome to this weeks run report, I’d like to start by thanking our volunteers for their time and effort this morning - they were:
Amy GARDEN • Dave ROBERTS • Dominic GIBBS • Dutch HOLLAND • Karega GIBBS • Kate Louise Danielson RUSSELL • Marc GIBBS • Melissa CHATLEY • Ross O'BRIEN • Sabine SCHREUDER • Stephanie BROKENSHIRE • Suzanne McMAHON and Zelie GIBBS.
The volunteer roster is looking pretty healthy for the next couple of weeks but have a look and if there is a gap you can fill, please do. We can’t run our event without volunteers, so if you haven't had a go yet, please consider putting your hand up to help out. All training is provided and you will see parkrun from the other side.
There were a number of people who turned up today with screenshots of their barcodes on smart phones - our scanners can't scan from smart phones so please bring along a printed copy if you want your time to be recorded.
225 parkrunners took part in this weeks event with 31 first timers and 58 of you scoring PB’s - well done guys.
A special mention for Phillip Orr and Kelvin Mundt who both completed their 50th parkrun this morning and also to Hannah Nichol and Kaziah-Lee Wawatai who completed their 10th.
Full stats from this mornings run are below for those of you who like that kind of thing - see you all next week, same time and place and as usual #DFYB
Cheers - Dutch
